Built From the Ground Up
Terry L. Campbell's career in logistics didn't start in a boardroom — it started on the road. As a commercial driver, he learned the realities of freight from the ground level: the pressure of tight delivery windows, the challenge of finding consistent loads, and the operational complexity that most consultants only read about.
From driving, Terry moved into freight brokerage and agent work, learning how loads are sourced, priced, and moved through the supply chain. He built relationships with shippers, negotiated rates, and managed the day-to-day complexity of keeping freight moving on time and on budget.
Over the next two decades, Terry worked across 8 major third-party logistics (3PL) companies, holding roles that spanned carrier relations, dispatch operations, agent management, business development, and strategic planning. He saw how the best operations were built — and how the worst ones fell apart.
Academic Foundation
To complement his operational experience, Terry earned a Bachelor of Science in Global Supply Chain Management. This gave him the analytical framework to understand logistics at the systems level — not just how to move a load, but how to design operations that scale, optimize costs across networks, and build sustainable competitive advantages.
It's this combination of academic rigor and real-world execution that defines Team Regal Industries. Terry doesn't just know the theory — he's lived it. Every recommendation, every system, every strategy we deliver is grounded in what actually works in the field.
